Thank you for shopping with Shirts-N-Shit. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase; however, because our products are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges in limited situations, as outlined below.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will review your case and, if approved, will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Return Approval Required

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for how and where to return your item.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law.
Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
