Order Processing Time
All of our products are made to order.
Production time is typically 2–7 business days before shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another email with tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.
Typical delivery times are:
United States: 3–8 business days after shipment
International: varies by country and carrier

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or events outside of our control once the order has left our production partners.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can resend it once the customer pays the re-shipping cost.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier first to see if they can locate it.
